Each Midwest Industries Combat M-LOK Rail Handguard is machined entirely from aluminum and features seven rows of M-LOK-compatible attachment points. The top of the handguard provides a continuous Picatinny rail for optics and other accessories, and the handguard even offers two separate quick-detach sling sockets that feature an anti-rotation design.
