This site is for your personal use only. You may not use the site for any commercial purposes.
All payments are immediate and final, and orders will only be processed once payment is received. However receiving payment does not indicate acceptance of the order.
Bellum Arcus may, at it's discretion refuse any orders or registrations or cancel any orders and registrations for any reason.
The website may contain links to third-party websites. Bellum Arcus has no control over these third-party sites, and is not responsible for the content on them.

Bellum Arcus is a specialist firearm, ammunition and firearm accessories importer. We import single items and/or small orders for private individuals and firearm dealers.

5. Delivery Policy
Bellum Arcus charges a flat rate of R200 for National shipping of small parcel weighing 4kg or less, anything over 4kg will be quoted on a case to case basis, non-restricted items only. These items will be shipped with The Courier Guy or Postnet to Postenet.
Restricted items (ammunition and primers) are shipped with Ram Couriers only (authorised to carry such items).
Firearms are shipped with Ram only. Firearms may be shipped to licensed dealer in arms and ammunition only, license gunsmith and/or individual firearm owner with a valid white license card in hand. Shipping for firearms will be quoted on a case by case basis and the cost the will be added to the order subtotal.
Propellant may not be shipped and may only be collected in store by an individual with a valid license.

Bellum Arcus takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Bellum Arcus shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 9. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Bellum Arcus bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
10. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Bellum Arcus via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
11. Storage of Customer Personal Details and Credit Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Bellum Arcus separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

Bellum Arcus does not store any credit card details on it’s infrastructure.

The offerings on the Bellum Arcus website are only available to individuals residing in South Africa.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure this website is free from all viruses, infections and malicious code, Bellum Arcus cannot be held responsible if such does occur. It is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment is adequately protected at all times.
Bellum Arcus reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or modify any or all parts of this website without notice to you, should the need arise.
