The first-run nickel-plated brass case offers superior corrosion resistance and smoother feeding (lower friction than regular brass). While it is good for reloading, it isn’t as malleable as regular non-plated brass, so your “mileage” may vary there (most folks don’t have an issue with reloading these cases, we just like to make sure you know everything we do!).

Each Speer Gold Dot G2 9mm 147 gr. HP round is produced in the USA, utilizing a 147-grain 9mm Luger bonded core Hollow Point bullet, non-corrosive propellants, boxer primers, and virgin nickel-plated brass cases.
